Position: Senior Director of Field Service Operations (multiple positions)

Atom Design Services LLC d/b/a AtomTech (Clarkston, MI) seeks a Senior Director of Field Service Operations (multiple positions). Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities in the field of Engineering. Develops and implements strategies to enhance field service operations in addition to aligning operations with business objectives to drive continuous improvement. Oversees daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance, including optimizing resource allocation and ensuring high service quality. Implements new technologies to enhance service tracking and reporting, stays informed on industry trends and innovations, works with sales and engineering, supports teams for seamless service delivery, and provides insights to product development based on field service data. Manages budgets, monitors costs, drives financial efficiency, tracks KPIs, and generates reports to optimize performance. Ensures regulatory compliance and quality assurance and develops contingency plans for emergencies and service disruptions. Enhances customer satisfaction and addresses escalated concerns. Develops strategies to improve client relationships and service delivery. Leads, mentors, and develops field service teams. Fosters accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning and maintains operational excellence, efficiency, and superior service delivery. Requirements: B.A. (or foreign equiv.) in Electrical Engineering or Automation Engineering & 5 years of experience, including overseeing and leading installation, commissioning, research and development projects; Salary $144,955/yr. Email resumes to a.garzon@atomtechinc.com
